The initiative strengthened advocacy, improved governance, and equipped community members with practical skills for economic opportunities and self-expression, while fostering stronger networks, social inclusion, and community resilience despite resource and connectivity challenges.
UNVEILING STRUGGLES SURVEY REPORT (2025)
Unveiling Struggles by TEA Nigeria presents findings from a grassroots survey exploring the mental health and socio-economic realities of LGBTQ+ and marginalized individuals in Southwest Nigeria. The report reveals widespread financial hardship, unemployment, difficulty meeting basic needs, and limited access to mental health support.
WET REPORT (website engagement for TransformatioN PROJECT 2024)
Aimed to empower Gender and Sexual Minority individuals by providing them with web design and hosting skills, while also addressing their well-being through mental health and financial literacy education. Throughout the project, participants underwent virtual and physical training, gaining practical skills in web development and completing a functional website for Gender and Sexual Minority advocacy.
