Abayomi Lasisi
Executive Director
Abayomi is an energetic executive leader dedicated to the mission of Transformation and Equality Agenda Initiative (TEA) Nigeria. As Executive Director since January 2021, he drives strategic initiatives and fosters stakeholder collaboration. With extensive experience in community case management and sexual health advocacy, he has coordinated outreach programs and trained counselor testers. His educational background is enhanced by certifications in COVID-19 infection and international AIDS advocacy. Abayomi excels in multicultural settings, multitasking under pressure to ensure effective service delivery. His goal-oriented approach and passion for impactful work make him an essential asset in promoting transformation and equality in communities.

'Kayode Adejare
Programs Officer
Kayode is a dedicated Programs Officer at TEANigeria, with a strong background in community social work and linguistics. A collaborative team player, Kayode is passionate about delivering high-quality services and innovative solutions to enhance organizational growth. With experience as a Peer Navigator, he provides crucial social and emotional support, engages clients in care, and facilitates health education. Kayode has a proven track record in leadership and event organization, exemplified during his time as Editor-in-Chief for a community development project. As a genderfluid individual, Kayode champions inclusivity, bringing diverse perspectives to every initiative.
Joshua Idam
Finance Officer
who plays a requisite role in overseeing the financial and Administrative affairs of the organisation. He hold a HND in Accountancy, Currently running a degree program in Accounting, and soon to become a Chartered Accountant (ACA In-View). Joshua has several years of experience in Accounting and Finance. He ensures the organisation is Purpose-driven and Financially Sturdy complying with the financial regulations. He performs the budgeting, Financial reporting in compliance with the financial regulation.

Olamilekan SODIQ
Communications and Advocacy Officer
Olamilekan serves as the Communications and Advocacy Officer for the organization. In this role, they manage our public communications and act as a vital link between TEA and its partners, organizations, and key individuals.
A recent graduate of Accounting, Olamilekan aspires to advance and excel in the profession. Beyond his professional ambitions, they are a compassionate advocate for LGBTQI+ rights, dedicating his efforts to promoting equality and justice. He also has a background in providing discreet support to the community as a therapist, demonstrating his commitment to fostering well-being and understanding.
